  3. Actually the Brand Trust presentation is a case study. Those six drivers were uncovered through morphological research. They are the tensions for trust: Stability vs. Innovation, Relationship vs. Practical Value & Vision vs. Competence.

    We recently finished another morphological study on family meals (which we’ll upload to Slideshare in a few weeks).
